“Jesus was matter-of-fact: “Embrace this God-life. Really embrace it, and nothing will be too much for you. This mountain, for instance: Just say, ‘Go jump in the lake’—no shuffling or shilly-shallying—and it’s as good as done. That’s why I urge you to pray for absolutely everything, ranging from small to large. Include everything as you embrace this God-life, and you’ll get God’s everything. And when you assume the posture of prayer, remember that it’s not all asking. If you have anything against someone, forgive —only then will your heavenly Father be inclined to also wipe your slate clean of sins.””
Mark 11:22-25 MSG
My friend and i drove from the island to the mainland before the first sign of rain, i had a pashmina and my little companion umbrella with me, she dropped me at the usual place and i had to some distance to walk before i would get my usual bus home. Getting down from the car, i said a little word of prayer- “Oh God guide me from this rain till i can get shelter!” I had wrapped the pashmina round my head & started my journey, the Lord guided me to the point i got a bus-the last seat actually then the heavens opened and the rain started pouring!
This verse taught me to always pray and have faith that all the prayer has been answered, something as inconsequential as my getting wet, God understood & answered, went ahead and saved me the last seat, the traffic lasted just enough for the rain to completely stop before it was my turn to alight 🙄
@nathanielblow like a symphony song is the song for me this year (last year was this God is too good by him)
This picture taken by me in 2014 shows how beautiful God is, He ensures He displays His splendor and detailing in answering our prayers. Make the move of faith and ask God for something & believe that He can and has done it- a hint:let d HolySpirit guide the prayer!
You have the power to move mountains!#TheFaithSideOfLife
